You Are the Light

The wisdom of the Ancestors often arrives when we least expect it—quietly, gently, and with deep purpose.

Recently, while walking through the woods with my dog, I felt their presence strongly. The forest was still, the air thick with the scent of pine and earth, and I took a moment to open my heart and ask, "Is there a message you would like to share with the global community?"

What came was simple, beautiful, and profound.

They said:
“Focus on your heart center. Imagine it as the blossom of a flower—a flower that has not yet opened.”

With that image in mind, they invited us into a gentle practice:

As you bring your awareness to this heart blossom, say to yourself—either silently or aloud—these words:

I am beauty
I am strength
I am wisdom
I am light

Repeat these affirmations slowly and with intention, allowing each phrase to infuse the flower with its unique frequency. See or feel the energy of each word soaking into the petals. You may begin to notice the flower starting to open, responding to the love and truth being offered to it.

For some, the opening may be immediate and vivid. For others, it may be more subtle—felt as a gentle stirring, a quiet warmth, or even nothing at all in the moment. That’s okay. The Ancestors remind us that just because we don’t see something happening doesn’t mean it isn’t. Trust the process. Return to it whenever your spirit feels called.

This practice, they say, is more than symbolic. It is a way to anchor your light into your physical body—to begin embodying your true essence in a way that is tangible and real. As the flower of your heart opens, you begin to witness yourself more clearly. You begin to understand your light not as some far-off idea, but as something you are—something you feel.

This is how you blossom.
This is how you remember.

You are beauty.
You are strength.
You are wisdom.
You are light.

Let this message land gently within you. Let it guide you back to yourself.

The Ancestors are always with us—supporting, encouraging, and reminding us of who we truly are.
